Description (1957) Class F7, being the survivors of a class of 12 small 4'10" 2-4-2T's built by S. D. Holden in 1909-10 for the G.E.R. Designed for light branch work, they were known as the 'Crystal Palace' tanks owing to their large glass window cabs. These last two locomotives were taken out of service in 1948.
