02/01/1947 Ashford Station 'D' class 4-4-0 No. 1726 came into Ashford at 4.15 on 2/1/47, with a train that consisted of one corridor 3rd coach and one non-corridor 3rd brake only. 'King Arthur' class 4-6-0 No. 764 was seen running light up the 'up' through line at Ashford on the afternoon of 2/1/47, and was in the shed yard at Ramsgate the next afternoon. SLS/194702
