Description (1957) Welshpool and Llanfair Railway 0-6-0T's, built in 1902 to 2' 6½" gauge. Originally named The Earl and Countess, the name plates were removed about 1952. The line was finally closed in November, 1956. Latterly only one engine, No. 822, had been in use.
