The shed is on the west side of the main line just south of the
Junction with the Ballater line. The yard is partially visible from
the line.
Turn left out of the station yard into Guild Street. Turn left into
College Street, continue into South College Street, and Wellington
Road. Bear left under the railway bridge, and turn right along North
Esplanade. Turn right into Polmuir Road, and the shed entrance is
on the left hand side just past the railway overbridge. Walking time
20 minutes.
Note.-This is a joint L.M.S. and L.N.E. shed. |

The depot is on the west side of the line about one mile south of
Aberdeen Station and is partially visible from the line.
Turn left outside Aberdeen Station into Guild Street and left
again into College Street, continuing along South College Street and
Wellington Road. Bear left under the railway bridge and turn right
along North Esplanade West. Continue under the suspension bridge,
turn right into Polmuir Road and proceed under the railway bridge.
A drive leads to the depot from the left-hand side just before the car
park. Walking time 20 minutes. Grampian bus services nos. 15/16
(Kincorth Circular), 25 (Faulds Gate) and 26 (Kincorth) operate
from Union Street, close to the station, and Guild Street to
Polmuir Road. |
