| Description (1957) |
Class J2, a larger superheated version of class J1 built in 1912 after Gresley had succeeded Ivatt at Doncaster. Ten engines, wheel diameter 5'8", originally in class, No. 5024 having been scrapped in 1946. The last of the class was withdrawn in 1954. |
