The shed is in a triangle of lines at the north-west side of Dukeries
Junction Station. The yard is visible from the high level line.
From Tuxford North Station.
Turn left outside Tuxford North Station, and continue along this
road for three-quarters of a mile until Tuxford village is reached. Turn
left at the end along the main road (A1). Continue for half a mile
and turn left along a rough road just before the railway overbridge. A
path leads through the wagon works on the right-hand side to the shed.
Walking time 30 minutes.
From Dukeries junction Station.
A cinder path leads from the high level station platform to the shed.
Walking time less than 5 minutes.
From Tuxford Central Station.
Go straight ahead outside the station along the short approach
road. Continue through Tuxford village, turn first right, and right
again along the Great North Road (A1). Turn left along a rough
road just before the railway over-bridge. A path leads through the
wagon works on the right-hand side to the shed.
Walking time 25
minutes.
